What exactly does Valentis do?
Valentis advises employers and occupational health services on suitable interim case managers. After an in-depth conversation you receive the Valentis Advisory Report within 48 hours: who we propose, why, where the points of attention are and how you can meet them.
Is Valentis a temporary employment or secondment agency?
No. Valentis works with self-employed professionals. We know the professionals in our network, advise on who fits and remain your point of contact during the assignment.
Valentis B.V. is registered as an intermediary in WAADI, the Dutch register for labour intermediaries. You can verify this yourself with the WAADI check of the Chamber of Commerce (KVK), using KVK number 99601680.
Who does Valentis work for?
For two sides. Employers and occupational health services that temporarily need capacity, specific expertise or a fresh perspective in case management and absence management. And self-employed case managers looking for assignments that suit the way they work.
Do you work throughout the Netherlands?
Yes. Our office is in The Hague, but our clients and the 150+ professionals in our network are spread across the country.
Who do I speak to when I call or email?
Abe or Binck, the founders. They speak to clients and professionals themselves. There is no account manager or call centre in between.
Why only case management and absence management?
Because focus makes us better. By choosing one profession we understand the field better, build the network more deliberately, have better conversations and see sooner what is relevant.
What if our situation also calls for medical expertise?
Valentis does not carry out medical assessments itself. Where a situation calls for it, we work with the occupational physicians of BedrijfsartsPlus, an independent medical consultancy with which we cooperate closely.
How does Valentis handle data?
Carefully and no more than necessary. A profile is only sent to a client after the professional has chosen this personally. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy (in Dutch).
